Terms of service

The service

Menu Atelier provides hosted software that lets a restaurant create and publish a digital menu at a public address.

The service is provided on an “as is” basis with reasonable efforts to keep it available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Accounts

Accounts are created by us on request. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity carried out with your account.

Tell us immediately at atelier.menu@ateliermenu.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Your content

Menus, text, prices and photographs remain yours. You grant us a limited right to store and display them so the service can work.

You are responsible for the accuracy of that content, including allergen information and prices.

Payment and termination

Plans are monthly and billed in advance. You may cancel at any time; the service runs until the end of the paid period.

You may request deletion of your data at any time — we action it within 30 days.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

Changes

If we materially change these terms we will give at least 30 days’ notice by email.
